Soil Pipe Hight From Floor For Wc

Soil pipe hight from floor for wc. I wish to install an internal soil stack through three flats one on top of the other and will t off at each bathroom for the toilets. The pan outlet is about 350mm distance to the soil stack on a 90 degree bend to the left just discovered that the original new toilet i chose the pan outlet is lower than the soil outlet. The type of toilet dictates how this connection can be made. But if the pan spigot turns out to be at 170mm then a soil pipe at the 190mm standard height would be more awkward.
I d like to replace our current toilet with a close coupled toilet. As i do not have the suites on site yet as the owner as not choose them is there a set centre height of standard toilet outlets off the floor. I ve goolged it but i can t find a toilet cistern combo so that the cistern will sit against the wall. If a soil pipe is set lower at say 170mm but the pan spigot is at 200mm there are offset connectors available to take up that much difference.
The problem is that the current soil pile comes up through the floor this is in the family bathroom upstairs. In the middle of replacing low level toilet there for about 30 years with close coupled loo. The soil pipe is the outlet through which toilet waste is flushed and needs to be connected to the soil stack which is the outflow pipe for your sewage. A soil vent pipe is a pipe that take all the waste from the toilet bath basin sink and all other types of soil wastes to an allocated drain but also vents above the house in a safe way to make sure there are no un wanted fumes and gases.
If a 90 degree waste outlet was fitted to the new toilet it would line up just right with the main soil pipe. The centre of the soil pipe is 150mm from the wall see pic below. Marley offers a range of soil solutions for commercial projects including pvcu push fit and solvent soil systems in 110mm and 160mm suitable for high rise installations. You need the pan first then measure from this otherwise it s not just the soil pipe that could be in the 5hit.
Had someone fit a new soil stack into my new bathroom back in october bathroom fitter was looking over the bathroom on sunday and said the bog pipe looks to be too high. I called the plumber who did the job and he said that because we didn t have a toilet. For example a close coupled toilet can be connected horizontally vertically or to the left or right whereas a back to wall. My question is there any real reason why a 90 degree soil pipe connector can t be used with a back to wall toilet i can see a lot of close coupled that are sold as left or right outlet but not the back to wall type just need to be sure since i am buying the pan and having it fitted.
